Hellooooo,
Well I have been flabbergasted by the incredibly high level of work entered into Totally Tilda's last challenge, it's been fab seeing so many stunning creations and visiting all the awesome blogs. Today sees the start of another
Totally Tilda challenge
and this fortnight it's a
Photo Inspiration theme.
I made a heart shaped box and matching tag, sorry about the picture quality it's the best I could get from the light tent.
I printed a heart shape off the internet, made a top and bottom out of brown card and then created sides to make it into a box. I covered the sides in BoBunny Love Letters DP and lace, and covered the lid in Marianne Creatable rolled flowers.
I used old keyring pieces to create the chain for the heart and key charms along with Tilda's Ticket. The beautiful DP, charms and Love stamp were part of a lovely gift from boss lady, Susie (thanks so much hun xxx), cheesecloth and corrugated card completed the layers. Although Sneaky Tilda is from the Christmas 2010 collection, she is relatively neutral and could be used for almost any gift giving occasion.
Our Photo for Inspiration this fortnight is rather yummy, check it out:
I took inspiration from the gorgeous brown and pink colour combo, and my interpretation of the pink heart was my heart shaped box with beautiful pink rolled flowers.
We are lucky to be sponsored this time by The Ribbon Girl
with a generous prize for one winner of a £10 voucher for the store.
Challenges I would love to enter:
Magnolialicious Highlites - Love theme
Tilda's Town - Celebrate (Love)
I hope you can join us sometime over the next to weeks and with such a scrummy photo to inspire you there's plenty of scope for some inventive projects. Thanks for visiting my blog your comments are always treasured. Have a wonderful week - I'm going to Center Parcs on Monday and really looking forward to it. I will be taking some Tilda's to colour in so I don't get withdrawal symptoms lol!
Hugs,
