Totally Tilda DT #72 More than one fold

Morning lovely peeps,
I can't believe how quick these weeks are flying by, I'm already back to tell you about our new challenge over at
and it doesn't seem like five minutes since I was telling you about the last one! This fortnight we want you to impress us with your
More than one fold creations :)

I'm later than I wanted to be with this post but as usual I'm never organised enough to schedule my posts. I will have to be though for my next two as we are going to France this Thursday for ten days holiday and so I'm extra busy trying to make sure that I'm up to date with craft, as well as getting all the washing, ironing and packing done, on top of work for my job and all the day to day stuff too! I'll be meeting myself coming back soon lol!
Anywho, I'm keeping you waiting so I guess I'd better show you my card, this was a no brainer for me this week - my favourite multi fold card is still the double tri-shutter card. As I was in holiday mode I gave it a seaside theme and love the blue and green colour combo.

All the panels are machine stitched. I added a button to the bow on the left hand side with a shell charm beneath. WOC flowers and a pin adorn the right hand bow. All the ribbon is SU seam binding, I use tons of the stuff, especially this Baja breeze colour.

The papers are a combination of BG, raspberry road and nitwit.

DooHickeys - Stitched scalloped lace border and fence
I layered up TH scrollwork die either side of anchor Tilda to create some waves over the fence.
I used Spellbinders Fleur de Lis squares to frame both Tilda images.

Magnolia Anchor Tilda coloured in DI's and Fran-tage added to the top corner and on the fence

Magnolia Tilda in Key Largo coloured in DI's with Fran-tage added at the corners, the shells are something I've had for ages and want to use more of.

The centre of the card where the two tri-shutters join I made into a criss cross card. The pull out sentiment card I left blank but carried the theme through with another Fleur de Lis square and more Kraft and machine stitching.

This shot shows the card as closed as I could get it without holding it lol!

Hope you like my creation, pop over to Totally Tilda to see my teamies magnificent cards!

We are lucky to be sponsored by The Ribbon Girl for this challenge
with a fab £10 voucher to use in the store (gutted I can't win this lol)

I would like to enter the following challenge:

Thanks so much for visiting me today, and for the comments you leave me which are sooooooo appreciated!
Hope you have a wonderful crafty week and I will be back next week (via schedule fingers crossed!)

Totally Tilda DT MW #71 Pink Princess Tilda

Morning folks,
I'm back today with a quick reminder that you have nearly a week still to enter
 current challenge which is
Pink Princess Tilda.
So long as Pink is the predominant colour and Tilda is wearing a tiara or crown then you will be in with a chance of our prize or Top 3 slots - easy right?

Tilda catching stars is coloured using DI's

I had a happy accident with Tilda's wand and crown. I wasn't very pleased with how they looked when I'd added gold Fran-tage, so I overlaid it with pink Fran-tage and loved the end result as it looks like they are shimmering with magic!

I used LOTV birthday recipe stamp on a Magnolia tag and tucked it into a pocket I made inside the card

Supplies
Go Kreate shaped card die
Spellbinders nestie labels twenty three and foliage
Magnolia DooHickeys tag, tea label star, sweet lovely lace
WOC flowers
Magnolia Bumble bee paper

If you have time, check out my fellow DT's creations, you won't be disappointed!

Our sponsor for this challenge is still the lovely Nikki from Bunny Zoe Crafts

Totally Tilda DT #71 Pink Princess Tilda

Hi everyone,
Well, I guess everyone loved using their embossing powders as much as we did for Totally Tilda's last challenge, the competition was as fierce as ever and we had a very difficult job choosing our favourites! Pop over to see if you were our winner or one of our chosen Top 3 :)
Our fab new challenge over at
 this time is
Pink Princess Tilda! In honor of our lovely Susie's birthday which is coming up very soon!
As long as PINK is the predominant colour and your Tilda is wearing a crown or tiara you will be eligible for the prize :)
I love this theme as pink is a favourite colour of mine and the Tilda princess stamps are just adorable - bliss lol!

I made a shaped easel card this week with lots of yummy pink papers including two different Magnolia papers. I used both of them together on the TH Butterflight die and topped them with WOC flowers.

These two shots hopefully show the SU frame I used to display the Whimsy mini postage stamp sentiment, as you can see it's bevelled and looks beautiful IRL.

I coloured Tilda in cotton dress and fairytale castle background with DI's and added glossy accents to Tilda's crown for extra shine.

Supplies:
Go Kreate shaped card die
Spellbinders large scalloped circle and labels twenty three
DooHickeys: Tildas Ticket and bon voyage flower
TH elegant swirl die
pearls and lace from stash

We are very lucky to be sponsored by Nikki from Bunny Zoe Crafts this time

Hi everyone,
sorry I'm a bit later today with my
midway reminder, letting you know you have almost a week left to show off your Tilda creations with some Heat embossing
 on there somewhere too.
Up until this themed challenge I have to admit to not doing much heat embossing as I wasn't always inspired by the end result, but since buying some Fran-tage it's renewed my interest and I hope I will continue to use it more from now on.

This week I was in the mood for making a centre step card:

and because my Tilda and bench were from the new mini collection I found I had time to decorate the inside of my card as well:

here's a close up of the fran-tage on the Magnolia doohickey doily sentiment:

Supplies:
Magnolia mini world stamps Sitting Tilda with Butterfly and bench
Spellbinder nestie lacey circle
Magnolia doohickey's - doily, dragonfly, fence
Stampendous Fran-tage - shabby blue

Totally Tilda DT #70 Heat embossing

Hellooooo,
I'm here to tell you about the fab new challenge starting today over at
 which this time is
Heat Embossing.
I made this card for my daughter Jasmine who was 5 on Thursday. Her dad has always called her 'Princess Pea' so buying this Tilda was a no brainer!
I've got so much to do at the moment what with work and homelife and I don't cope well with work piling up, so it's a wonder this card got made at all! I had to colour the image twice as I made a complete hash of the first one, and after that I couldn't settle on a design that would compliment my image. However, as you can see I got past my crafters block in the nick of time and hope it doesn't show too much that my mojo is AWOL!

Challenges I would love to enter:
Bunny Zoes - Favourite colour combo (pink, purple, turquoise)
Inky Chicks - Happy Birthday Girl
Tilda's Town - Once Upon a Time

I used shabby pink Fran-tage embossing powder on the metal corner, SU brad and Spellbinder Nestie Fleur de lis square (I cut the middle out of this nestie so my image poked through)
Other supplies include:
Magnolia stamps Princess Pea Tilda and mattresses (coloured with DI's)
papers - Bazzill Antique newsprint and Magnolia Bon Voyage Hummingbird
Go Kreate XXL Square frame frilly #8
Magnolia doohickeys peony petal, cloud
Marianne Creatables rolled flowers
SU birthday sentiment
ribbon, cheesecloth, feather from stash

We are very lucky to be sponsored this time by The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop

Totally Tilda's Midway reminder #69

Happy Sunday morning everyone,
We're already halfway through our current challenge over at
 and we're still going
Bingo
 crazy lol!
So if you fancy a game with us you still have almost a week to play - just make sure you use at least one line of three in a row from our Bingo grid and you have our lovely Tilda on your creation too of course :)
The card I made for this weeks midway reminder is for my mums birthday that's coming up in a couple of weeks. It's a twisted easel and I made a box for it to go in, something I don't normally do, and I decorated the lid to match the card inside. Mum is my biggest fan and loves the creations I make so I thought I would do something special for her.....

I didn't over layer it with papers as the couple that I picked were too beautiful to cover up (like I usually do lol!) I picked out the creams and browns from the paper to layer up the base with cream and kraft cardstock.

I coloured Tilda with Ugg boots using DI's, mainly vintage photo and walnut stain to keep with the vintage look. I used black soot for shadowing and then cut her out and matted her using Spellbinders Nestie beaded oval, distressing with walnut stain and machine stitching around the edges. I added stardust stickles to her boot buttons and the butterflies, and tea die stickles to her hair.

A close up of all those gorgeous WOC flowers, the double bow and sentiment.

This is a shot of the card in its box base next to the decorated lid.

I used the same papers for the lid and followed a similar design to the card.

Kangaroo Tilda was also coloured with DI's with more tea die stickles in her hair and glossy accents on the sweet kangaroos nose! I'm really pleased with the finished bunting, they look like mini tiles mounted on thick cream card and that fab BG paper sandeed back slightly at the edges.

Lastly I took this picture from above the card as a fun shot!

Supplies:
Stamps - Magnolia Tilda with Ugg boots and Kangaroo Tilda
Dies - Magnolia DooHickey's: tea label heart, peony petal, tag, flag
Go Kreate card shapes, Spellbinders Nestie Beaded Oval and foliage
Magnolia pearls
WOC flowers
SU sentiment, seam binding, linen thread

As you know our lovely sponsor for this challenge is Nikki from Bunny Zoe Crafts
(thanks Nikki for your continued support x)
gif maker

Across the top - faux stitching, glitter/sparkle, ribbon
Down the right hand side - ribbon, pearls/gems, machine stitching
Across the bottom - Dies/punches, flowers, machine stitching
