Spread your wings - Allsorts DT Wk 144

Morning blogland,
Hope you are all ready for a fab new
challenge! This week our lovely Brenda would like you to
 Spread your Wings.....
I had about three different images lined up for this one before settling for the 'caged bird- freed' look!

I brayered the bottom of a piece of white card using Old Paper Distress Ink, then overstamped with a couple of different grass stamps(Hobby Art- Clear set) using SU Choc chip ink. I masked clouds above this and the bird, bee and sentiment stamps are SU. I wanted to spotlight the bird but every time I coloured it in it looked wrong so third attempt I left black and white.

Papers used: BG Kraft and Kaisercraft Le Chateau
Blue and brown flowers are WOC and also used Magnolia Doo Hickey Heart Swirl Branch.

I brayered a corner of the inside too with the same grass stamps.
Hope you find time to play along with us this week, check out the details on the Allsorts blog and feast your eyes on all the DT's fab inspiration!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Hugs,
