DT Simply Magnolia - Anything Goes

Hi there,
I'm back with new inspiration for
 next challenge,
 Anything Goes.....
and if the level of work from our last challenge is anything to go by, it looks like it's going to be another really tough decision narrowing down our Top 3!

It's my dad's birthday next month so I thought I would get ahead and get that one made out of the way, it's not that I don't like making male cards as the more I do the easier they become, but I do miss all the frills and flowers lol!

Go Kreate die used for the base shape of the card, layered shape is Spellbinders labels twenty three. The papers are mainly Tim Holtz Lost and Found and the blue paper is Stampin Up. The date stamp is LOTV and it is just tucked in behind the image, it can be pulled out like a tag.

I coloured Lucky Edwin and the background in distress inks, used SU's spiral punch on LH side and made a lasso out of linen thread to hang on Magnolia's lovely fence.

The card opens out to reveal a sentiment panel and the button hides a flap which can hold money or a giftcard.

We are lucky to be sponsored by

Challenges I would love to enter are:
Bunny Zoe - Distress
Magnolialicious - anything goes (3rd entry)
Tildas Town - anything goes

Thanks so much for popping by today, hope you get the chance to check out my teamies blogs too!
I'll be back on Tuesday with my DT creation for Deep Ocean challenge.
Hugs,

Wow!!! I love your card Nicola and your Dad will love it too.
I am not too over struck on making male cards but, like you say the more you make them the easier it becomes.
I love this Edwin. He is fab and he looks great with the background. Coloured so beautifully too.
Your choice of papers and embellies are super.
Perfect!
